Article 1 (Definitions)
"Contents Like" refers to the services and features provided by Contents Like LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our company”), including our experience information website, related email distributions, cultural experience information, provider information, and the planning, arrangement, and sale of travel and events (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Services”). The term "Customer" (hereinafter collectively referred to as “you” or “Customers”) refers to any individual, corporation, or organization that registers to use the Services in accordance with the procedures specified by our company or whose use of the Services has been approved by our company, having agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (hereinafter collectively referred to as “these Terms”).
Article 2 (Provision of Services)
The Services are provided to offer information and event content related to cultural experiences organized by our company, as well as the provision of cultural information, and the planning, arrangement, and sale of travel and events. Our company reserves the right to include or attach advertisements in emails sent to Customers as part of the Services.
Article 3 (Changes to the Service Content)
Our company reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the Services without prior notice to Customers. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate the provision of the Services entirely, provided that we give prior notice to Customers via our website, email, or other means within a predetermined notice period.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
In using the Services, Customers are prohibited from engaging in the following activities. If our company determines that a Customer has violated these Terms, we may immediately revoke their right to use the Services and suspend or discontinue their access. Prohibited activities include:
- Registering false information or information of another person
- Engaging in or promoting criminal activities, or actions that violate public order and morals
- Violating these Terms, laws, or other regulations
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights of our company, other Customers, or third parties
- Defaming or slandering other Customers or third parties
- Damaging the reputation or causing harm to other Customers or third parties
- Impersonating others to send information or messages through the Services
- Transmitting or posting harmful computer programs, viruses, or similar content
- Lending, transferring, reselling, or sharing passwords with third parties
- Registering multiple accounts
- Soliciting for organizations, services, or activities deemed unrelated to the Services by our company
- Being affiliated with or involved in antisocial forces or organizations engaged in antisocial activities
- Conducting commercial transactions directly with other Customers, bypassing the Services
- Disclosing other Customers' information obtained through the Services to third parties without explicit consent, or using such information for purposes outside the Services
- Engaging in any other conduct that is similar to the aforementioned items or that our company deems inappropriate, warranting suspension or termination of Services.
Article 5 (Disclosure, Modification, Deletion of Personal Information)
If a Customer requests the disclosure or deletion of their personal information, our company will respond appropriately, confirming that the requester is indeed the Customer in question. Upon request, we will review the registration information and handle it by appropriate methods. If any inaccuracies are identified as a result of the disclosure, and a correction is requested, we will confirm the identity of the requester and proceed with the necessary corrections by appropriate methods.
Article 6 (Liability)
Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Customers or third parties through the use of the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. In cases where we are liable, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages, and we are not responsible for any unforeseen damages, lost profits, or indirect damages. Customers understand that the various types of information provided through the Services are the responsibility of third parties and that our company does not guarantee the accuracy of this content. Customers are responsible for their own judgment and use of these services and information.
