This also includes information that, while not directly identifying the Customer, can be used in combination with other information to identify an individual.
Purpose of Personal Information Use
The personal information of registered Customers will be used only as necessary to achieve the following purposes:
- Authentication of and provision of services to registered Customers.
- Delivery of information related to cultural experiences and other content via email, postal mail, or telephone, as hosted by partner subcontractors.
- Storage of temporary backup data for the operation and management of the Service.
- Management of applications, communication, and delivery related to various campaigns and customer surveys.
- Research and verification to ensure the safe operation of the Service.
- Response to comments, inquiries, and other communications regarding the Service.
- Delivery of important notifications, such as changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
- Other purposes associated with the aforementioned purposes.
Note: If personal information is not accurately registered, the Customer may be unable to access certain services. In cases where personal information has been shared with other companies with the Customer's consent, those companies’ respective privacy policies apply. Please contact the relevant companies for details.

Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company takes all necessary measures to manage the personal information of the Customer and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the Customer’s consent, except in the following cases:
a) When the Customer voluntarily chooses to disclose personal information to a specific company.
b) When a person is unexpectedly identified as the Customer through initially registered personal information.
c) When it is determined that the Customer has caused detriment to the Company or third parties, or if disclosure is requested by third parties, police authorities, or similar institutions.
d) In the case of business succession due to a merger or other reasons involving the Company. -
Safety Measures for Personal Information
The Company will strive to ensure the security and accuracy of personal information by implementing appropriate safeguards against risks such as unauthorized access, loss, damage, tampering, and leakage. In the event of a problem, the Company will take swift corrective measures and minimize any potential harm. -
In-House Management of Personal Information
The Company will establish an internal system to adequately protect and manage personal information, observing internal rules regarding the proper acquisition, use, and provision of personal data. Employees will be given privacy and safety guidelines, and privacy protection measures will be reinforced. Regular audits will be conducted to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in data protection. -
Outsourcing of Personal Information
The Company may outsource the handling of personal information within the scope necessary for providing the Service, under strict management and supervision by the Company. Vendors that receive personal information in this manner are not considered third parties. The Company will select vendors with a level of personal information protection that meets the Company’s safety standards and will oversee their management and supervision appropriately. -

The Company will comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and national guidelines regarding the handling of personal information. -
